Hello My Name Is...

Angela Sehstedt (say-sted)

Hello!  I was born and raised in south Georgia. Albany, to be exact. I moved to Chattanooga in 2015. I am a fifth grade teacher at Hillcrest!  I have been a teacher for over 10 years.  I have experience teaching high school, head start, kindergarten and third grade.  This is my 4th year as a Hillcrest Hawk!

This year 5th grade is departmentalized!  This means that your 5th grader will change classrooms each day.  I teach language arts and social studies.  Your student will see me for guided reading, historical events, and writing.
